Auto Glass Shop is looking for self motivated auto technicians to do chip repairs at pre-existing accounts valley wide. Qualified technicians will be have their own source of transportation, cell phone and be willing to travel valley wide. This position needs no experience in auto glass repair or sales but individuals must be motivated to learn the repair process and more importantly be someone who is excellent at building relationships with business owners, facility management and customers.
Auto Glass Shop is the #1 distributor of Auto glass and the highest volume repair service in the Valley. Currently we have 50 sales locations valley wide and over 100 chip service locations. We also service outside the Phoenix Metro Area, as far north as Prescott/Sedona and as far south as Tucson. Currently we are in the process of growth and expansion! Join the team and be part of a booming business.
This position pays weekly and is approx. 30 hours per week. Average technicians will make $300-$500 per week, but we have no cap on production so more income is available for proven reps. Advancement opportunities available. Benefits available.
